I’ve been playing tennis since the age of 6 and have over 18 years of playing experience. During this time, I’ve worked my way up from youth tournaments to the national team. I played for the Kazakhstan national team in the U16 Davis Cup and am a prize winner at national and international tournaments.

I’ve participated in international competitions in Georgia, India, Montenegro, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, where I gained valuable experience playing on different surfaces and against opponents of various levels. I’m a winner and medalist at the Kazakhstan Spartakiad in singles and team competitions.

My first coach was Artem Valerievich Shaibakov, under whom I trained until the end of my professional career. This experience not only helped me develop my technique and tactics but also helped me understand how to build an effective training process for players with different goals and levels.

I currently conduct individual and group training for children, adults, beginners, and professional players of all ages. I work with all skill levels, from the first strokes to tournament victories.

Graduated from the University of Physical Education.

General Physical Preparation Coach (GPP Coach)
Подробнее

I am a general physical conditioning coach for children who play tennis. I came into tennis from professional handball – a sport that shaped my systems thinking, discipline, and deep understanding of athletes’ physical preparation.

I am a Master of Sport of International Class, a graduate of the Academy of Sport and Tourism, a bronze medalist of the Asian Games, and a seven-time handball champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan. My experience competing at a high international level allows me to clearly understand which physical qualities must be developed in childhood to become the foundation for future athletic performance.

After moving into the tennis environment, I adapted my knowledge to the specific demands of tennis, taking into account children’s age-related characteristics, as well as the requirements for coordination, speed, balance, strength, endurance, and a heightened focus on injury prevention.

In my work, I emphasize building proper basic physical conditioning, developing coordination, agility, balance, and mobility, strengthening the core, and helping children feel confident in their movements while developing a genuine love for sport.

Training sessions are held in an accessible, game-based format with a gradual increase in difficulty. I am convinced that high-quality general physical preparation in childhood is the foundation not only for successful tennis performance, but also for a child’s lifelong health.

I have been playing tennis for 7 years. I began my journey in the city of Shymkent, where I received my foundational training and developed a strong passion for this sport.

I hold a certification in the Baby Tennis program and in coaching children under the age of 10, which allows me to conduct professional training sessions for young players. In my work, I apply the Play and Stay approach, which helps structure lessons and maintain children’s attention during training.

I easily connect with children of different ages, creating a comfortable, friendly, and motivating atmosphere on the court. For me, it is important that children not only develop proper technique but also genuinely enjoy the training process.
